Subsequent MRD testing for patients without cancer is covered as specified for listed single-plasma recurrence-monitoring tests (e.g., Signatera Recurrence Monitoring single Plasma Test, RaDaR Recurrence Monitoring single Plasma Test, Oncodetect single Plasma Test, Pathlight Recurrence Monitoring single Plasma Test).
