# Get compliance statistics

Returns compliance dashboard statistics for the authenticated organization, including total changes, acknowledgment count, acknowledgment rate, and critical unreviewed count for the last 30 days.

**Endpoint:** `GET /api/v1/compliance/stats`

**Availability:** Live in production.

**Authentication:** API key in `Authorization: Bearer <key>` with the `read` scope.

Returns compliance dashboard statistics for the authenticated organization, including total changes, acknowledgment count, acknowledgment rate, and critical unreviewed count for the last 30 days. Requires a plan with the compliance dashboard.
