(First Coast) received comments from the American Society of Cataract and Refractive Surgery (ASCRS) and numerous comments from interested parties from within and outside the Medicare Administrative Contractor (MAC) Jurisdiction N (JN) for Florida, Puerto Rico and the United States Virgin Islands, for the Proposed Local Coverage Determination (LCD) DL38233/A56647 Micro-Invasive Glaucoma Surgery (MIGS). All comments were reviewed and incorporated into the final LCD where applicable.
