Backwork support
Email support@backworkhealth.com for help with your account, billing, the API, or a connected assistant such as ChatGPT or Claude. We reply by email.
Backwork is operated by Backwork LLC, a Grayhaven Industries company.
What to include
- The email address you sign in with, and your organization name.
- Where it happened: the page address, or the assistant and tool you used, for example ChatGPT and the name of the tool it called.
- What you did, what you expected, and what happened instead.
- The date and time, with your time zone.
- Any error message, and the
request_idfrom an API response.
Leave out patient information
Do not send protected health information (PHI) to support. That includes patient names, dates of birth, member IDs, medical record numbers, claim IDs, chart notes, and screenshots that show any of them. Describe the problem with the procedure or diagnosis code, the payer, and the plan type instead.
