The policy for Non-Invasive Fractional Flow Reserve for Ischemic Heart Disease was revised after the release of the 2021 AHA/ACC/ASE/CHEST/SAEM/ SCCT/SCMR Guideline for the Evaluation and Diagnosis of Chest Pain. It was presented at Open Meeting 2/22/22 and comments received are addressed in this article. Policy L38771 will be in notice period 07/07/2022 to 08/20/2022 and be effective 08/21/2022.
